Application Deadline: Friday, June 26th at 11:59 PM CDT
We are delighted that you are interested in joining the 2020-2021 North Dakota Change Network.
Completing this application via Submittable enables you to save your progress and return at a later date should you prefer to fill it out over several sittings. Please note, however, that we are unable to accept partially completed applications.
All applicants will receive a status update in late June and the team will coordinate with finalists to arrange interviews throughout July. The final application notification will be sent out in early August and we will publicly announce the selected cohort in mid/late August. Applicants not selected to the cohort may receive feedback upon request.
To ensure your success in the program, you are required to have support from at least one individual in your current network. This person will be referred to as your Champion and should be able to offer wisdom, support and have expertise to help you influence and implement change in your organization and/or community. This person may be a board member, supervisor, elder or expert in your organization or a partner organization. Your Champion will not be expected to attend in-person meetings, but will be asked to participate in occasional calls with you and your designated Confidant (program facilitator assigned to you). Champion Job Description.
Part of the program includes access to project funding to help support the change you envision. If selected for the cohort, you would need to apply for the project funding and write a brief report at the end of the project.
Funds can only be granted to nonprofits or businesses that have not received a Change Network grant in the past. If we determine that there is a duplication, we are unable to approve your application. Click here for a list of organizations that have received funding through previous cohorts and, therefore, cannot be used again. We are unable to give grants to individuals.
If you have any questions during the application process or about the program, please contact us.
